The Shammah Spirit

Tucked away among a list of seemingly obscure names are the exploits of David’s mighty men. Shammah one of those men took his stand against his enemy in a lentil field. When the army ran, he stood firm and fought for a lentil field like he owned, ensuring the enemy didn’t get it and securing an inheritance on which someone would one day build on. Today we need the Shammah Spirit!
